No matter how late or early the flight arrives into Houston, Texas, we will be at the airport to greet you. Our professional office staff will track all flights no matter if the flight is private or commercial. Our flight tracking software is state of the art and is directly linked to the FAA. Arriving flights are automatically updated by our reservation software system, then each chauffeur is automatically paged a half hour before your airline touches the ground. Our chauffeurs are tracked every minute to assure our customers prompt service. On arriving flights, chauffeurs are expected to be at the airport by the pre-flight arrival time. If you book reservations for other travelers in your company, please be sure to give them our "888-780-7077" number. If needed, they can contact us upon their arrival. Grand Limousine Service procedures for airport pick-ups are as follows: If, after all passengers on an arriving flight have deplaned and the chauffeur has not met his passenger, he/she will try to contact the client by cell phone. He/she will then check with the airline to confirm if the passenger was on the flight. If the chauffeur is still unable to locate the passenger, Grand Limousine Service office is notified and the dispatching staff will attempt to call the contact name on the reservation. Alternatively, if the passenger cannot find his/her chauffeur, we request that they call the toll-free number and inform the dispatcher that they cannot locate their chauffeur. The dispatcher will subsequently call the chauffeur on his cell phone.
